Changes the activity name for model invocations to
run_model. Also did some refactoring so that the activity name is pushed down from a single place in the function app (so as to be simpler to change in the future). This also makes it easier to, if desired, offer the ability to make the activity name specific to an orchestration (e.g. as a way to differentiate between model calls from different orchestrations).
