👋 Hi, I'm Andrés Salamanca

C++ · Systems · Compilers

I’m a C++ engineer working on production systems, compiler infrastructure, and high-performance software.

I work across concurrency, asynchronous networking, compiler IRs, and low-level systems, with a particular focus on performance and efficient execution.

I’m also an upstream contributor to LLVM/ClangIR, with merged pull requests covering control-flow lowering, coroutine support, and MLIR dialect design, in collaboration with LLVM maintainers.

⚙️ What I work on

🧩 Compilers ClangIR (CIR) · MLIR · LLVM · Control-flow lowering · Coroutines · TableGen

⚡ Systems C++, Boost.Asio/Beast, concurrent and asynchronous backend infrastructure in production, including real-time telephony (Asterisk, SIP/PJSIP) and concurrency bug diagnosis

📐 C++ Standardization Beman · C++26 · Parallel Execution · P2300 · execution::bulk
