This PR implements yjs PermanentUserData feature (in the future it will be implemented as part of yrs).
This feature allow to attach string describing target user and map it directly into yrs client IDs and deletions. This way we can associate collabs insert/delete actions with particular users (as long as we defined mapping) and in the future highlight changes made between specific collab snapshots and which AppFlowy users were responsible for them.
