This pull request significantly refactors and improves the README.md documentation for the Jarvis Appium project, clarifying its purpose, updating technical requirements, and streamlining usage instructions. Documentation improvements and restructuring:

  • Updated the project title and introduction to clarify that Jarvis Appium is an MCP server for mobile automation supporting iOS, Android, simulators, emulators, and real devices. Added a Table of Contents for easier navigation.
  • Rewrote and expanded the features section for greater clarity and readability, emphasizing cross-platform support, intelligent locator generation, cloud integration, and automated test creation.
  • Updated system requirements, including raising the minimum Node.js version to 22 and improving setup instructions for Android and iOS platforms.

Configuration and usage simplification:

  • Restructured and simplified configuration instructions, including capabilities setup and environment variable usage, and removed verbose sections about Supabase tracing and security best practices.
  • Streamlined descriptions of available tools and commands for session management, element interaction, and test generation into concise bullet points.

Examples, client support, and contribution guidelines:

  • Added new example usage scenarios for e-commerce and cloud testing, clarified client support, and provided clear instructions for contributing and licensing.
