I have updated this to work with dotenv variables to better follow best practices and prevent people from having to updates these values after any updates.
I have tested this on Node 16 and made updates to the README to reflect the dotenv variables. There is also a working examples folder for more complex examples as features are added (I am using this library in an small project current so I will probably be adding several endpoints over next few weeks).
