- Added serial log macro that simplies Serial.printf calls dependent on the optional debug printing parameter.
- Applied this to existing Serial prints in the receive loop of Mavlink and now additionally CAN.
- Updated parameter option bitfield name to reflect this.
Added serial printing macro that handles the optional printing parameter before printing to simplify usage. Also applied this for serial debugging outputs in the receive loop of CAN.
