  • (tweak) appbutton in titlebar
  • (tweak) appbutton in titlebar icon only
  • (tweak) appbutton in titlebar icon and label

[Tabs]

  • (tweak): move navigation toolbar up to a higher position in 'tabs not on top' mode
    • (removed) tabs_below_navigation_toolbar_higher_navbar_position_with_appbutton*.css
    • settings are not needed anymore after above's 'appbutton in titlebar' changes
