Updated project structure to support cmsis-toolbox version 2.9.0.
Added the folder ./.cmsis which contains the required *.dbgconf and *.dbgconf.base@0.0.0 files for the devices CM23, CM33, CM33_FP, CS300, CS310, CS315, and CS320.
