Clean up _index.md files

• restore original structure where it has been overwritten
• remove test_status: passed from index files, instead rely on stats file
• add back fedora support

This one is getting close to completion :)

• Disable some ACfL installation methods, as they are interfering in the Runner
• Removed some interactive installation scripts that can't be tested automatically
• Remove "test status" from index file - rely on stats file for this purpose
• Clean up some index files that had been overwritten by test framework
• Add back fedora test support
• Regular updates, lots of smaller fixes, disabling some commands that I deemed hard to test for various reasons

• Check that no paths or .md files are capitalized, since it interferes with our RAG scraping
