Planning documents and templates for hosting a Regional SICB conference
This repository contains organizational materials, templates, schedules, and resources to help plan and host a successful regional meeting for the Society of Integrative and Comparative Biology (rSICB).
Regional SICB conferences require coordination across communication, scheduling, logistics, and participant engagement. This repository collects planning resources used in past rSICB meetings, including:
- Website and resource suggestions
- Day-of-event documents
- Email and announcement templates
- Registration and feedback forms
- Scheduling templates and planning checklists
These files are intended to support organizers through all phases of planning and running a regional conference.
