New links checked on a test build, using a broken link detector in combination with random manual spot checks. Identified a few messed up links, primarily due to a recurring typo where /basics/ was incorrectly pathed to /basic/. I believe I had located most to all of these.

Accomplished with regex find and replace in all files.
I test deployed zh-Hans to ensure that absolute paths work there too.
