Adds some settings to allow users to keep images off, use their own damn Imgur account, or live dangerously and use anonymouse Auth.
Note
I did have to update the clientID to my own. This is because you have to set the redirect url in the app registration.
If you want me to set it back, I can. But we'll need to make sure the callback url is set to
