Add the --ephemeral-disk-volume-type volume to accept PVCs with container storage

Purpose

The example as is does not work because we are not providing the --ephemeral-disk-volume-type=PersistentVolumeWithAnnotation option while creating the AKS cluster. Without this option, the PVC created by the Cassandra StatefulSet will not work since the volume isn't ephemeral.
