Purpose
This PR should not be merged, this is just intended as a demonstration of how a developer could extend the solution to search an alternative knowledge base - in this case, a GitHub issue tracker. This branch allows the LLM to suggest that both the search index and GitHub issue tracker could be searched (known as "parallel tool calls"), and then the approach code searches according to the suggested queries.
