Updated GCP IAM Parser to improve type handling in the query

Updated mainTemplate.json and parser query to version 3.0.7 for the GoogleCloudPlatformIAM solution. Added 3.0.7.zip package and improved type handling in the parser query by explicitly converting certain fields to bool and datetime.
