[PaloAltoPrismaCloud] Add missing "detailed" flag to CCF connector

• Add "detailed" flag to Palo Alto Prisma Cloud CCF connector to include missing policy fields (https://pan.dev/prisma-cloud/api/cspm/get-alerts-v-2/). This is something that was done in the function app connector but was missed during the creation of the CCF connector:

@v-shukore I was not able to test this since I don't have credentials for Prisma Cloud, however I sent this package to the customer who reported the issue, and we confirmed that the new policy fields are not showing up.

I believe this missing flag was an oversight when this connector was migrated from the function app connector. You can clearly see that the function app connector was providing this field:
