Update lookback periods in TI analytic rule query

Change(s):

• Changed dt_lookBack from 10 days to 1 hour and ioc_lookBack from 30 days to 14 days to match query period and query frequency of analytic rule. Incremented version to 1.0.7 to reflect these adjustments.
