Introduces the Conditional Access SISM (Summaries, Insights, Security & Monitoring) workbook to the Microsoft Entra ID solution, updating relevant metadata, UI definitions, and deployment templates. Also updates the analytic rule version for '29e99017-e28d-47be-8b9a-c8c711f8a903' to 1.0.6 and increments workbook count in the UI. The new workbook provides comprehensive insights into Conditional Access policies, sign-in activities, and policy effectiveness.
