…ndpoint in azuredeploy.json to the correct Meraki URL.

Changed the default API endpoint in azuredeploy.json to the correct Meraki URL. Updated deployment links in the connector readme. Modified mainTemplate.json to use the correct data table 'meraki_CL' instead of 'CiscoMeraki' and updated parser queries accordingly. Also updated the package zip file.
