Add stepId Variable and Update NextSteps Reference.

Update 3.0.0 package zip and modify mainTemplate.json to introduce a reusable stepId variable. Added "stepId" and "_stepId" variables and replaced hardcoded stepId values (e.g., "fetchDataSourceDetails" and "fetchObjectsDetails") with references to the variable, centralizing the step identifier. Also includes the updated binary package (3.0.0.zip).
