Overview/Summary

The Private Link Interface (Bicep) offers a new parameter, which allows the deployment to a specific Resource Group.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

  1. Updates the Private Endpoint Interface Examples and belongs to [AVM Question/Feedback]: Extend Private Endpoint UDT for specifying the ResourceGroupId bicep-registry-modules#4140

Breaking Changes
