Overview/Summary

The Changelog URLs in the Bicep Registry Modules have been updated to use absolute URLs.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

  • Changelogs reference the latest version by absolute URL

Breaking Changes

  • None

As part of this Pull Request I have
