fix: Update GitHub app token action usage in workflows

Overview/Summary

Instead of using the 3rd party Tibdex action to impersonate a GitHub App when secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN's limitations are too restrictive and a personal access token is not suitable, the out of the box solution from Github is used.

As part of this Pull Request I have
