Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Azure Data Migration Service API version from the preview "2022-03-30-preview" to the stable "2025-06-30" across all operation files and configuration files. This is a breaking change that publishes the stable API version for data migration commands including assessment, performance data collection, SKU recommendations, and TDE migration.

There is a pipeline to automatically build, upload and publish extension wheels.
Once your pull request is merged into main branch, a new pull request will be created to update
src/index.jsonautomatically.You only need to update the version information in file setup.py and historical information in file HISTORY.rst in your PR but do not modify
src/index.json.
