find_models_to_change, it deals with thexxx.xxx.modelsimporting for bothmultiple apiandsingle apisdk. Sincetrypart deals withsingle apiandexcept xxxpart deals withmultiple api, and there are no more exception catching mechanism following, we should validate the model module ofsingle apibefore importing it in the latter part. This is a more reasonable way for strengthening the robustness of the code.Related pr: #31382
