Description

  • Removes Python 3.7 & 3.8 from worker nuget package
  • Cleans up build scripts based on this
  • Pipeline changes:
    • Variable name changes
    • Host PR changes
  • Worker changes:
    • Runtime: global thread fix for V1 & V2
    • Proxy: removes python validation check
