Docs+subscription IDs

This release includes a documentation update to remove Azure CLI-specific examples (which are still present in the CLI docs) and explain how to use scenario_tests. It also fixes #23 and #16 to better ensure that Azure subscription IDs are scrubbed from recordings. (Note #25 is still open, so the process isn't foolproof, but that's probably a rarer and less important case to address.)
