Pull Request Overview
Removes the deprecated Azure Remote Rendering SDK entry from the workspace configuration following the service sunset (October 1, 2025).
- Deletes the mixed-reality-remote-rendering project from dataplane.code-workspace
- No code or package changes beyond workspace cleanup

Azure Remote Rendering was sunset on the 1st of October 2025, so the SDK for it is now useless and can be removed.
