Added a boolean PutMd5 field to RawMoverSyncCmdArgs and SyncCmdArgsInput structs in moverDependencies.go. Updated CookRawSyncCmdArgs to propagate PutMd5, enabling support for this option throughout the sync command argument pipeline.
