Fixed in commit 423d237. The CI failure was caused by eslint-plugin-notice using the deprecated context.getFilename() API which was removed in ESLint 10. Added @eslint/compat and wrapped the plugin with fixupPluginRules in eslint.config.mjs to restore compatibility.

Resolved in commit 5287b05. Merged main into the branch — main had already removed eslint-plugin-notice and replaced it with an inline copyright header rule, so the @eslint/compat workaround was dropped. Kept the eslint ^10.1.0 version bump from this PR.
