This PR fixes the
OpenTelemetry_SayHelloWithActivity,OpenTelemetry_ExternalEvent_RaiseEvent, andOpenTelemetry_ExternalEvent_SendEventtests that were previously skipped inAzureStorageScenarioTestsas well as adds one test,OpenTelemetry_TimerFired, that checks thatActivitiesare correctly created for the case of a timer firing in an orchestration.
