… They are not the same. Setting session state to null properly cleans up session state in service bus.

Could someone approve and merge this PR? The tests are not passing because of test infra issue. It is not fair to block this one-line change for that. All the tests pass when I run them locally. @cgillum |

Setting session state to null and setting session state to empty byte array are two different things. They are not the same. Setting session state to null properly cleans up session state in service bus.
