How I did it

Update PMON submodule for Nokia platform Nokia-IXR7250E chassis. This change will work fine with the NDK 24.5.10 version
Includes the following commit:
bae649 Add nokia_cmd set restart-lc-system-service for debug use
6576a40 Add function to validate and regenerate ONIE EEPROM cahce file if needed
2da00e7 Increase frequency of fstrim from weekly to daily for chassis
b404acc Modify hw-mnangement-generate-dump to include qfpga info log
c3ef417 Add mechanism to LC to send eeprom info to CHASSIS_STATE_DB

How to verify it

Running this image on SUP and execute the following command "nokia_cmd set" to verify that command "restart-lc-system-service" should be shown up in the help message>
