🧹 Refactor ArchiveView ProgressBar Code Health Improvement

🎯 What: The duplicated inline styles and structure for progress bars in ArchiveView.jsx have been extracted into a new reusable ProgressBar functional component.
💡 Why: By extracting the duplicated DOM and inline styling into a helper component, this PR improves maintainability, enhances code readability, and significantly reduces code size in the heavily nested ArchiveView return block.
✅ Verification: Ran npm run build locally to verify that the build succeeds without error.
✨ Result: The codebase is cleaner and the ArchiveView component is much easier to read without redundant code blocks.
