🧹 Remove unused useSettings hook file

🎯 What: Deleted the unused src/hooks/useSettings.js file.
💡 Why: useSettings is imported from SettingsContext.jsx, making hooks/useSettings.js dead code. Removing it improves maintainability and reduces confusion.
✅ Verification: Verified by checking a global search of the codebase, doing an npm install and npm run build which succeeded, proving there are no broken imports. Code review also verified this is safe.
✨ Result: A cleaner codebase.
