🎯 What: Adds console error logging to the empty catch blocks in playAlarm and playPeep within src/hooks/useAudio.js.
💡 Why: Having empty catch blocks can hide underlying issues when Web Audio API calls fail. Adding error logs makes runtime failures visible, making the codebase easier to debug and maintain, and brings playAlarm and playPeep into consistency with the existing error handling in playReminder.
Verification: Verified by ensuring the code correctly builds without syntax errors. Code changes were reviewed and found to be exceptionally safe as they only introduce read-only logging and do not interfere with application logic or state.
Result: Enhanced maintainability and debugging capability for audio components by eliminating silent errors.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15067202936107744148 started by @BTawaifi

Adds `console.error` inside the previously empty `catch` blocks of `playAlarm` and `playPeep` within `src/hooks/useAudio.js` to improve visibility of runtime errors.
