Add results per sample to summary_report_pid.py

Updated summary_to_tab_group in summary_report_pid.py to generate a second report where plasmid identification results are organized per sample.

Reasoning:
The previous implementation did not provide plasmid identification results in a sample-specific format.
This change improves usability by making it easier to track plasmid identifications for each sample individually.

Changes:
Modified the summary_to_tab_group function to include a second report.
The new report presents plasmid identification results grouped by sample for better clarity and analysis.
