work orders
Work Orders are generated from approved work requests. Effectively a work request is converted into a work order when approved and planned.
To create a work order go to the work management page. Select Approved Requests and select the asset. If you don't know the asset select a location further up the tree. Click the search icon.
Click edit icon.
Fill out the Work Order Details Section.
Click the Action Button at the bottom of screen and submit.
Work Orders are planned by adding the team members, work plan and safety method.
To plan a work order go to the work management page. Select Approved Orders and select the asset. If you don't know the asset select a location further up the tree. Click the search icon.
Click edit icon.
Add the team members.
Select a safety method or create a new one.
Select a work plan or create a new one.
Click the Action Button at the bottom of screen and submit.
