work orders
Work Requests are generated by users to request maintenance support for an asset.
To create a request go to the work request page.
Fill out the fields. ID is a reference Id that can be anything. It is useful for finding assets using a company ID system.
Select an asset
Click the Action Button at the bottom of screen and submit.
Work Orders are generated from a work request. Effectively a work request is converted into a work order when approved and planned.
To create a work order go to the work management page.
