First release

This is the first release of Saber. It is not ready for production but major functionality is implemented and covered by unit tests.

Unfortunately, the direct dependencies of keras-contrib and en-coref-md are still are not playing nice with PyPI, so the user will need to pip install these directly even after running pip install saber. This is noted in readme.md.
