This won't actually work for current foil people who need aren't updated. but it will work for any future ones

Fixes new players not getting added to stone
Also fixes leaderboard users not getting updated to new roles, however this won't retroactively fix old foil users who didn't get their role. It'll just fix new ones. It also won't keep roles up to date. This is more of a bandaid fix until we figure out a better way to consistently update queue leaderboard roles (preferably with a cron job or something)
