Update localization for zh_CN

• This PR updates the zh_CN localization and fixes the text for some Jokers (e.g. j_paperback_apple, j_paperback_unholy_alliance).

• This PR does not include any translation content from the beta branch, and applies to versions up to this commit (2025/12/2):

• I did not make any changes to the existing localization content.

• The translations aim to stay as close as possible to Balatro’s official Chinese localization.

• Out of respect for religious content, I did not translate any terms related to religion.

• I wrote code to detect missing translations, which unavoidably changed the order of some tables in the localization file, but this does not affect how the localization works.

Unfortunately lots of jokers are changed in the beta, this PR will become outdated very soon, unfortunately. I recommend you translate for the beta branch instead

I don’t know how long it will take for the beta branch to be merged into the main branch. The translation work on the main branch has been stalled for a long time, so I think it needs to be updated. Also, the translation work on the beta branch will be finished soon. If it’s not necessary to update the translations on the main branch, I will close this PR
