Adds Playwright responsive tests, snapshots and a CI workflow to run E2E tests on PRs and master. See tests/e2e/README.md for usage and required secrets (TEST_SPOTIFY_ACCESS_TOKEN, TEST_SPOTIFY_ME_JSON).
