- based on MDAnalysis mda-xdrlib example - uses https://github.com/MDAnalysis/pypi-deployment
- removed _version.py, just use importlib.metadata.version() - updated codecov and pyproject.toml - removed unnecessary .gitattributes - add molconfgen.data to packages - exclude stupid files from distribution - add all modules in __init__.py
