Delete person with tree

The new features are:

• deletePersonWithTree to delete a persone with all the sub-tree
• nodeRenderFunction
• nodeUpdateFunction
• nodeLabelOffsetFunction (since if we create a greater cinrcle we need to have a programmable offset for the label)
