New and improved

Fixes a number of bugs over the FC release.

Bug Fixes

• [Major] Schem had a pumpkin head in it instead of a pumpkin
• [Major] Owners did not have default permission access to island settings
• [Minor] Nether island now has an inactive portal for players to light
