guys you don't have any versions defined into your requirements, this didn't age quite so well, I defined specific requirements that will allow the project to build in current day
besides that please look into your pre-trained models download scripts, they try to download dead links pointing to box.com
I found the modules in a zipped archive posted on Google Drive labeled as model_zoo.zip, from your dex-net documentation
P.S Also please look into your dex-net repo it`s officially dead the dependencies cannot be built in any way, even on Ubuntu 16.04 , some packages on wich your dependencies rely on are removed from pip , someone wrote a fork of your repo in Python 3.5 https://github.com/LaiQE/easy-dexnet maybe point people to it, if you don't want to update your solution
