[Feature] Add Auto Redirect to SSO to New Login Page
Relevant issues
Changed the /ui link to point to ui/login, added a fallback to /fallback/login. The new login page now supports auto redirect to /sso/key/generate (this behavior defaults to true when SSO is configured), keeping it in line with the previous login page.
