With help from @JeffWebb6, we found that adding gas concentrations to the infusion fluids seems to completely solve the issues with rapid substance infusion. Concentration values were selected based off of data presented in this paper: https://www.physiology.org/doi/pdf/10.1152/japplphysiol.01124.2016
