Instructions

• Install Pandoc (and make sure it's on the PATH)
• Install NodeJS (and make sure it's on the PATH)
• Install NPM (and make sure it's on the PATH)
• Restore NodeJS packages
• Restore Paket packages
• Execute ./build.sh for linux or build.cmd for windows
